This portfolio presents a demonstration UAS Roof Condition Assessment conducted on a residential property to showcase inspection-grade aerial imagery and data capture standards.
All imagery was collected using 4K high-resolution sensors to simulate a real-world roof inspection workflow. Imagery include close-range, top-down and detailed captures.
The objective of this project is to demonstrate image clarity and visibility sufficient for identifying surface wear, shingle displacement, potential water intrusion points, and general roof condition without requiring physical access.
This sample reflects the quality and precision applied to every aerial inspection.
